Lita has been a valued member of Goldsworthys since 2018, but her insurance journey spans over 15 years. She began as an Administration Assistant at a brokerage and gradually progressed to an assistant account executive role. While she gained valuable experience in sales, Lita quickly realised her true passion lies in processing, where her love for detail and organisation truly shines.

A typical day for Lita blends processing renewals and new business for Pete, managing cancellations and endorsements, sourcing quotes, updating spreadsheets, handling commissions and refunds, and leading the GI team—keeping everyone informed and on track. Her greatest satisfaction comes from seeing a process through from start to finish, closing the month with all renewals completed accurately and on time.

Insurance has taught Lita that the devil is in the details and that strong risk management, coupled with regular property maintenance, can save clients in the long run. Outside work, she recharges with a mix of running, gym sessions, binge-worthy TV, F1, and quality time with family and friends. Her go-to coffee is a small flat white, double shot on almond milk, and she steers clear of anything slimy on the plate.

If Lita could instantly master any skill, she would soar—literally—by piloting an airplane. And on the life swapping front – it would have to be someone famous, just to experience how the other half life – just once! Lastly, some teenage-self advice? “Life truly begins after high school—take your time, invest early, and protect yourself.”
