Kate finds enormous satisfaction in seeing the people around her succeed. Whether she is helping a client protect a growing business, supporting them through a claim or encouraging a team member to back themselves, she believes in showing up, offering support and celebrating every win along the way.

Insurance has taught Kate plenty about resilience, perseverance and staying true to her values. With a little wisdom from Chumbawamba: she may get knocked down, but she gets up again and keeps moving forward with kindness, self-belief and a healthy respect for the power of a well-timed silence.

Travel Style Preference  “I love escaping out west, where I can be in a paddock on a horse with nothing but nature around me. But I’m equally happy at the beach, a winery or a resort. I’m an anxious traveller, so bonus points if someone else plans it!”

Guilty Pleasure – “Cowboy boots. Beautiful leather, handcrafted details, bold colours, tassels…you name it. Add some country music and I’m very happy!”

Let’s Outsource That  “Cleaning and ironing. No hesitation. If somebody else would like to take those off my hands permanently, I’m ready to discuss terms.”

I’ll Talk All Day About  “Fashion. I love that it has no boundaries and no single right or wrong way. What you wear can allow you to be completely and authentically yourself without saying a word.

Historical Time Travel: “I would love/ have loved to spend some time with Coco Chanel, Claude Monet, Jean Paul Gaultier, Richard Branson, Marc Jacobs when he broke the fashion world by putting supermodels in flannel at the Paris runway and Anna Wintour!”

My Own Insurance Policy: “Time Management Cover. I’m hopeless at it! My ADHD means I’m often already past tomorrow and mentally somewhere in next week, wondering how to get back to today. I suspect I’d be a very frequent and rather hefty claimer.”
