As a key member of our insurance team, Jessie manages a portfolio primarily of commercial clients, with a smaller selection of strata and domestic insurance policies as well. She helps guide new business enquiries and provides assistance with small claims handling.

A typical day for Jessie is a balance of client contact and policy management. She conducts renewal reviews, ensures policies are appropriately remarked and issued, manages amendments, and identifies opportunities to discuss additional coverage. Jessie’s focus is always on accuracy, service, and helping clients protect what matters most. The best part of her role? When a client takes the time to say, “thank you”, those two words make her day.

Insurance has shown Jessie the real-world consequences of risk, from fires and accidents to natural disasters and the importance of being properly prepared.
