Some people stumble into insurance by chance, and that’s exactly how Belle found her way to Goldsworthys in 2022—via her sister’s wedding with an introduction to Kate combined with a perfectly timed maternity leave cover opportunity. And then we decided to keep her as our Claims Officer, balancing claim lodgements, insurer follow-ups, assessor wrangling, and client updates.

For Belle, the most rewarding part of the job is delivering good news—like a cash settlement or positive claim outcome—knowing it will genuinely make a client’s day. Along the way, she’s picked up some priceless industry knowledge, including the unshakable truth that Colourbond roofs will always outshine tiles.
